What is the Zooid Mission?
What is a Zooid?

It is an icon.
     A springboard.
          A starting point for a concept.

The concept is, essentially, that
     if we cull our resources,
     if we pull together,
     if we develop a load-pulling spirit,
     if we begin to co-operate in pursuit of a mutual goal,

We will be able to accomplish more than if … and as …
Each one of us individually pursues the ideal --
     even the ideal that we imagine is the one
          everyone else is also pursuing.

In other words, we can do more together
     than we can apart.

It is not co-dependency, though, if you think that.
It is more like inter-dependency
     for it is established by individuals
     who are each … their own …
          independent entity,
              who thinks for him or herself,
               who has its own core reality,
                    Its own Source.

If and when
     all (or some) of those get in synch …

          as if a law of the universe
            -- the law of attraction --

     should pull these like-minded individuals together …

in addition,
     instill in them, individually,
     a consciousness of even One Facet
     of a unique and magnificent goal …

And then …
     If each one of those individuals
     could see the merit of their One Facet
     as well as the One Facet of others --

          those other individuals
          with whom he or she
               is in this general,
               loosely-linked
               configuration
                    of

           … yes, individuals …

     moving together in a generally forward direction
          ….
We could do it.
We can do it.
We are doing it.

This is a website for those who yearn for relationship.
It is for those who are on a path,
     Pursuing destiny,
          Contributing worthwhile value to a cosmic cause;
     Who can see each other as co-workers
          Instead of loony tunes
               or anarchists.

We are in this human situation together, boys and girls.
We might as well learn to live with it and make the best of it.

This is what Zooids do.

They get together ... intelligently.
     Not from sex appeal, but
          from independent judgment,
They give themselves over to a joint cause.
     Together we can do more
          than we can alone.

What makes us think we can do this and not
Merely repeat the same idiocyncratic narcissism
     of our forefathers and mothers?

Because the concept of a living organism
… worldly, global even universal, …
     calls upon a higher concept of life.
It requires a more far-reaching vision than the
… provincial, suburban or rural …
     ideologies of yesteryear.

We have embarked on a mission
     of interaction with higher reality,
          higher intelligence.
We are looking at the universe
     as something far away and close up
          at the same time.
No more
     So-Far-Out-There
          we felt like little lost orbs
               in an isolated universe.

Isolation has ended.

We are aware now of our interdependent nature.
     … not just gregarious,
          which simply seeks for a good time
          and for acknowledgement, but …

Okay. You got the point.

We who lift together
      … all at the same time …
          in a co-creative organism
          of living energy
          en route to a common cause,
               a united goal of destiny …

Are Zooids.

We can achieve it.
We can help the gods make it happen.
We can bring about the kingdom on earth
               as it is in heaven.

It is not only a possibility,
     it is a requirement!
We are co-workers in evolution!
     -- avant-garde of the New Age.
Lightworkers
     in harmony,
     to shed the light,
     to make a brave new world.

"The Zooid Mission" is a novel
Which dramatizes this reality.

The book was written as a chronicle
     Of the times in which we live.
          It is a metafictitious presentation of

Who we are.
What we are doing here.
What we are hereafter.
